Maintenance includes annual testing and inspection of all systems including cleaning of motion detectors, beam detectors, duct detectors and smoke detectors to be cleaned semiannually. 24 hour emergency services requires response within 2 hours of call. l. Edwards EST4 Network Certification - Current factory certified technicians' certificate required (and will be verified). 2. DSC, Silent Knight, Honeywell Security Systems - Current factory certified technicians' certificate required (and will be verified). 3. Kantech Access Control System - Current factory certified technicians' certificate required (and will be verified). 4. Carehawk Public Address System - Current factory certified technicians' certificate of factory Training with Programming required (and will be verified). S. Buffalo and Erie County Public Library Auditorium Sound System - Current factory certified technicians' certificate offactory Training and Programming for Dante and Symetrix sound systems required (and will be verified).
