Specifications include, but are not limited to: he maintenance Work under this Contract is divided into two (2) categories of service : 1. Standard Work – Work requested, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 3:30pm, with at least one (1) week notice; and 2. Emergency Work – Work requested, Monday through Sunday at any time, with less than one (1) -week notice, which may include performance on Legal holidays and weekends. Legal holidays are identified as the following: New Year’s Day (as observed by the Federal Government), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (as observed by the Federal Government), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Emergency Work shall be performed as per DEP’s specific instructions when emergencies arise. The Contractor must respond to the emergency and be on-site within the period specified by the Project Manager for each Emergency Work instance. B-1.2 Maintenance Work: The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary labor, materials and equipment to provide DEP with maintenance services at the specified locations, listed in Appendices “A” and “B”, on an as-needed basis. Coordinating and ensuring that all maintenance activities requested by the Project Manager are carried out properly and within the time specified on the Work requisition. The Project Manager shall be responsible for oversight and directing Contractor until Work requisitions are deemed completed by DEP.
