The United Naons Development Corporaon (UNDC), a public benefit corporaon of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified consultant to provide New York City Local Law 87 (LL 87) filing services for Three United Naons Plaza, a Class A, mixed-use, mid-rise office building located in East Midtown Manhaan. The property is managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, ASHRAE Level 2 Audit, retro-commissioning, and filing services. The minimum required qualificaons are as follows: The consultant must be a New York State-licensed engineer. The consultant must be authorized to do business in NYS. The consultant must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field. The consultant must have liability insurance of $5,000,000. The consultant must have a resume of current assignments at comparable buildings in NYC.
