Specifications include, but are not limited to: Priority Services Management; The Respondent(s) will provide the staffing and resources necessary to support the Priority Services management functions of MCOMH, working on behalf of, and under the direction of, MCOMH. Specific services included are: Forensic Services, Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT), Transition Management, Forensic Intervention Team (FIT), Single Point of Access for Mental Health (Adult and Child), Addiction and Prevention Services, Rapid Engagement Delivery (RED), Disaster Mental Health, Children’s Specialized Services, and Trauma, Illness and Grief (TIG) in Schools. Priority Services are intended to ensure access to behavioral health services for individuals in the community with the greatest needs. Priority Services management additionally includes the ability to monitor high priority populations to maximize the potential for engagement in treatment and recovery support services. These services may have specific requirements in accordance with their State or County funding. Staffing per Priority Service is outlined below, however it should be noted that staffing for each is subject to change based on needs. This function also provides assistance and/or direction in clinical matters including, but not limited to, assisting community members in accessing services and addressing quality of care and/or client related concerns with providers. The elements of this function include: Task 1.1: Forensic Services are to be provided to support the activities of MCOMH Socio- Legal Center (SLC) to ensure that high need forensic populations are engaged in appropriate, cost effective services. This will result in improved interface with the criminal justice system.
