Task 1.1: Provide leadership and direction to the LGU Core Function Teams, contract administration, contract management, quality and accountability, data and information management, finance, policy and planning, and priority services management. Identify executive leadership staff associated with each of the LGU Core Function Teams. Identified leadership staff will be charged with ensuring MCOMH mission, vision, and identified goals are coordinated and aligned. Deliverable 1.1.1: Respondent(s) to provide administrative leadership staff to train, support and oversee the MCOMH LGU Core Functions Executive Leadership Team to ensure that they each have the resources, training and skills required within their discipline to competently perform their job duties. Supporting each of them with access to current information and training necessary to perform their job duties. Deliverable 1.1.2: Identify MCOMH priority areas and ensure priorities align with Monroe County Department of Human Services strategic vision. Identify areas of priority within each of the LGU core functions: contract administration, contract management, quality and accountability, data and information management, finance, policy and planning, and priority services management. Respondent(s) will initiate and meet routinely with DCS and MCOMH Executive Leadership to discuss status of work, any issues that need to be addressed, and accomplishment of annual objectives, including providing a quarterly overview to DCS and MCOMH Executive Leadership.
