A. The Contractor shall provide the Department with the Goods, as further specified in Department’s Lifeguard Uniform and Bathing Suit Specifications, attached hereto as Appendix A, and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. B. Delivery Contractor shall deliver the Goods (FOB Destination) in accordance with instructions issued on each Purchase Order/Task Order. Packaging: Whenever practicable, packaging shall eliminate waste; reduce waste by weight, volume and toxicity without substituting a material that is not recyclable; and should contain recycled content. All items shall be packaged in standard uniform, commercial packaging, unless otherwise specified on purchase orders. Each carton package shall be labelled on the narrow side with the quantity, unit, description, vendor's name, commodity code, order and contract numbers. A packing list detailing all contents of the delivery must be included with all deliveries and accessible on the exterior of the packaging. Skids and/or pallets must be properly wrapped to protect the contents during transit. Multiple items wrapped together shall be clearly indicated on the outer wrapping. C. Warranty The Goods are subject to the TYR Sport Inc. warranty.
