The premises are composed of approximately 134,519 square feet located northeast of the Terminal. Its location relative to Airport roads and other facilities, site layout is provided in Exhibits A attached herein. The Premises was originally two independent usages. The fence and guard rail was breached for current tenant. The structures in the south center of the east portion parking lot include: 1. A late 1970’s building structured for car rental operations which includes: a. a drive-through wash bay; and b. a service bay and adjacent maintenance office, bathroom and two small store rooms; and 2. a fuel island and vacuum cleaner system The structures in the south center of the west portion parking lot include: 1. An early 1990’s building constructed for car rental operations which includes: a. a drive-through wash bay; and b. a service bay and adjacent maintenance office, bathroom and two small store rooms; and c. Canopy; and 2. Two shipping box units.
