The Agency is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide Independent Monitoring of Lead Paint Removal Operations and Environmental Remediation Projects at Various Bridge Locations, Citywide. as described in the RFP. The selected prime consultant should have at least 51% of the total contract hours to be considered a Prime Consultant. The selected consultant will be required to provide Inspection Services throughout the duration of the project (i.e., preconstruction, construction and post-construction services). The selected consultant will be required to provide all services necessary and required for the inspection, management, coordination and administration of the Project, from commencement through substantial completion, final acceptance, and project close-out.
