Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor will begin April 15th and end November 15th of each year. 2. Spring cleanup (raking lawn areas, edging beds, cleaning beds, etc.) will begin during April as soon as the snow is gone. Parking lots, drive lanes and all sidewalks will be cleaned up with a blower. Fall Clean Up (rake leaves, clean beds, etc.) will begin once the leaves begin falling and continue until the leaves are down and the property is clean. 3. Lawn areas including the lawn areas along the parking lot perimeter will be mowed and bagged weekly and cut to a height of no more than 3 inches. Edging around fence area will be string trimmed. 4. All grass clippings, sticks, leaves and debris shall be removed from the site leaving the area clean and neat. 5. All curb line debris adjacent to lawn areas, will be swept, cleaned and removed on a weekly basis. 6. All beds, islands, adjacent to lawn areas, curbs, plaza pavers and utility yard will be weeded, trimmed or sprayed as needed for a neat and clean appearance. 7. Any shrubs or trees will be pruned as needed for a neat appearance. 8. All beds will be mulched with 3” of knot brown mulch (to be approved by owner) during the month of May of the 1st and 3rd year of contract.
