Specific scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: A. Major mechanical scope includes: 1. Replacing two large air handling units in a rooftop mechanical room. 2. A variety of MEP infrastructure, including but not limited to ductwork that needs to remain within the library, will be relocated upwards, tight to the ceiling in order to increase the ceiling height of the main reading room. B. Major electrical scope includes: 1. New electrical outlets 2. New lighting 3. Relocation of select existing electrical panels 4. Relocation of electrical for concession booth 5. Relocation of existing conduits in new high-ceiling reading room C. Major plumbing scope includes: 1. New restroom fixtures 2. Relocated and new drinking fountains 3.
