The AHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities to provide Comprehensive Low Income Housing Tax Credit File review Services consisting of, but not limited to the following activities: 2.1 Application of appropriate rent and income limits. 2.2 Application of appropriate utility allowance. 2.3 Application of appropriate set asides limits. 2.4 Review acceptability and accuracy of all correspondence and 3rd party verifications/information. 2.5 Provide necessary feedback and corrective action to support household data as it relates to initial and ongoing eligibility. 2.6 Ensuring Accuracy in the accounting and computation of income and assets. 2.7 Providing cover page to include a checklist and Calculation Worksheet for each file review (in the format as per Attachment F). 2.8 Ongoing exchanges necessary to ensure compliance with Section 42; 2.9 Ensure timely file reviews to support initial and ongoing lease activities and strong adherence to a 24-48 turnaround upon AHA submission and/or resubmission. 2.10 Estimated annual number for files for review: 990 2.11 Estimated annual number of secondary file reviews: 350 2.12 Current Contractor: The AHA's current contractor for these services is American Housing Development of Anza, CA.
