The Westchester County Attorney is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to provide “Of Counsel” legal services, as needed, to the County Attorney of Westchester County, New York (the “County Attorney”) concerning matters in which it has specific expertise not otherwise available in-house, including, but not limited to, compliance with federal law and Federal Aviation Administration regulations, application and enforcement of the Terminal Use Procedures (See Laws of Westchester County, Art. IV, §712.462), the Terminal Use Agreement and Airport Tenant Agreements within the regulatory environment, and developments in airport law in general. The successful proposer(s) will be expected to furnish legal services to the County in an “of counsel” basis to the County Attorney, in connection with the matters listed above.
