1. Commissary Building: 2nd Floor (includes office space, restrooms, and kitchen areas) and outside grounds, (including under Trailer/Trailer Steps). • Daily Tasks,7 days a week o Pick up all trash, empty trash receptacles, remove trash to dumpster and replace trash liners o Spot clean walls, doors, and windows o Dust and wipe all interior horizontal surfaces o Clean and disinfect lavatories and shower rooms, replenish soap, C-fold and toilet papers o Sweep and damp mop vinyl/floors with a disinfectant detergent • Weekly Tasks: o Spray buff vinyl floors o Full window cleaning • Monthly Tasks: o Scrub and wax vinyl/ceramic tile floors o Scrub lavatories and shower rooms o Dust light fixtures, exit signs and ceiling vents • Semi- Annually: Twice a year • o Shampoo carpeted areas o Strip, seal (2 coats) and apply floor finish (3 coats) to vinyl tile floors • Ad hoc Tasks o There may be times in which special work is required outside of the regular tasks. Examples include additional shampoo of carpeted areas, additional striping, and floor finishing. 2. 35 semi-permanent trailers (including 3 modular trailers) with various types of space, e.g., office bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. • Daily Tasks, 7 days a week o Pick up all trash, empty trash receptacles, remove trash to dumpster and replace trash liners o Dust and wipe all interior horizontal surfaces o Dust and wipe down all lockers; daily; spot clean walls, doors, and windows o Clean and disinfect lavatories and shower rooms, replenish soap, C-fold, and toilet papers twice daily on all shifts o Sweep and damp mop vinyl/ceramic tile floors with a disinfectant detergent • Weekly Tasks o Spray buff vinyl / ceramic tile floors o Full window cleaning • Monthly Tasks o Scrub and wax vinyl / ceramic tile floors o Scrub lavatories and shower rooms o Dust light fixtures, exit signs and ceiling vents • Semi-Annually (twice a year) o Strip, seal (2 coats) and apply floor finish (3 coats) to vinyl tile floors
