General The air storage system shall consist of four (4), 6000 PSI storage cylinders (option 1) or six (6)(option 2). Each cylinder shall have a capacity of 509 cubic feet @ 6000 PSI. The system shall be plumbed for use with a cascading control panel or manifold system. Design: Storage Bottles The storage cylinders shall meet the following specifications: ISO classification: ISO9809-2 Internal diameter: 8-1/2" Outside diameter: 9-9/32" Height: 51" Weight: 188 lbs. Service pressure: 6000 psi Air capacity at service pressure and 70o F: 509 cu. ft. CGA valve outlet: 702 The system will include a CGA-702 nut and nipple with a #4 JIC male 90 elbow adapter, NFPA-1901 cylinder label, and NFPA-1901 cylinder valve protector for each cylinder in the system.
