The work associated with the Project includes providing all labor, ma- terials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of site and soil re- mediation necessary and incidental to the comple- tion the work shown on the plans and described in the Project specifica- tions. The scope of work in- cludes, but is not limited to, the excavation and off-site disposal of haz- ardous waste materials detected in both a sub-surface location and abo- veground vault located within the Site.
