Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Offeror will have the responsibility of acting as the City’s insurance and risk management representative to the world insurance market, but under the strict direction of the City, with all initiatives to be reviewed and approved in advance by the City prior to Offeror taking any initiative. The City currently procures the following forms of insurance coverage: ▪ Property and Machinery (for Sahlen Field) ▪ Inland Marine ▪ Public Employee Dishonesty ▪ Cybersecurity The City is initially seeking a range of available choices for possibly purchasing insurance coverage for each of the below referenced risks. However, the City’s insurance needs are subject to change from time to time and may include, but are not limited to, the need for additional risks to be insured and/or managed. ▪ Property and Machinery ▪ Commercial Excess Liability Coverage The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which coverages, if any, the City will request that the successful Offeror explore procuring on its behalf.
