The City of Buffalo is in the process of commencing In Rem Tax Foreclosure No. 56 for delinquent taxes, user fees and sewer rent liens. Thus, the City seeks to secure the services of title search companies to prepare reports of the parcels identified in the List of Delinquent Taxes. The City invites all title search companies with prior demonstrative experience in providing such title search services to government entities for utilization in foreclosure proceedings to submit a proposal for the City’s consideration. The City is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to contract for the services detailed herein, including but not limited to the tasks and deliverables necessary for successful and timely completion and delivery of the title search reports.
