(MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Ice Merchandiser Units and Ice, at West Point,
NY. This is a re-compete requirement for the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY.
The period of performance will be from 15 May 2026 – 12 August 2026.
This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 312113, Ice
Manufacturing, size standard is 750 Employees and FSC/PSC is 8940.
• In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the
appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
• Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award
Management (SAM).
