The SRMT is accepting separate competitive proposals from qualified contractors until Thursday, August 21, 2025, 3:30 p.m. (local time) to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the construction of approximately of approximately 2,617 square feet of interior office space to match existing building interiors and to include walls generally of metal stud framing, soundproofing insulation, painted gypsum wallboard with GWB accessories and trim, ceilings mixed of suspended acoustic grid and paint on existing exposed steel structure, flooring finishes and modifications to existing building systems including new lighting, power and data, limited sprinkler system work, limited alarm system modifications and HVAC ducting and control system modifications.
