4.1. Review TRS environment to determine uninsured or underinsured exposures (for example Cyber Threats, Errors and Omissions, and Fiduciary, etc.) 4.2. Meet with TRS Risk Management Department and other personnel to review and discuss recommendations. 4.3. Assist with the preparation and execution of selecting one or more insurance policies, to include: 4.3.1.Review of current insurance needs and current under exposure, review other data required to select an appropriate policy that best meets TRS’ needs. 4.3.2.Assist with identifying and selecting carriers to be invited to bid. Selected carrier may not propose or recommend any policy that TRS considers to be a conflict of interest, such as a policy written by the broker. 4.3.3.Review and compare proposals submitted in detail, provide comments and make recommendations. 4.3.4.Assist TRS in binding. 4.4. Provide optional annual insurance retainer services. Proposers are requested to describe the retainer/value added service they can provide. 4.5. In the event of an incident requiring the use of the insurance policy, the broker will assist and guide TRS.
