The Work shall include the mobilization and transportation of all cranes to various NYC Transit work sites systemwide and all attendant logistics, including but not limited to, the arrangement, coordination, and all incidental costs for the routes and overweight/oversize permits to relocate cranes, including any required escort vehicles services for NYC Transit's cranes usage system wide, and street level crane support services for elevated structures. The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation, set-up (including provision and coordination of dunnage/grillage and counterweights, as appropriate), and breakdown of the Equipment at the start and end of any utilization period. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all permits for crane transportation and operation in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
