The selected consultant(s) will be expected to design and deliver professional learning that addresses the following core areas: ● Characteristics of healthy, appropriate, and supportive adult–student relationships ● Professional boundaries and strategies for avoiding boundary blur ● Legal and ethical parameters governing adult–student interactions ● Effective communication strategies for coaching, advising, encouraging, and redirecting student behavior ● The role of educators in ensuring every student can identify a trusted adult at school ● Reflection on educator roles and styles when working with students (e.g., coaching, challenging, comforting, encouraging) The scope of work should reflect an interactive, engaging approach appropriate for adult learners and applicable across grade levels and school contexts.
