The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Division of Infrastructure, is seeking up to two (2) separate qualified firms to provide title search services, as specified by the Commissioner on a Task Order (TO) basis for various capital funded infrastructure projects throughout the City of New York. Pursuant to this RFP, up to two (2) separate contracts will be awarded to the highest ranked proposers. Contract #1- HWCTSRC04, Borough of Staten Island Contract #2- HWCTSRC04 Boroughs of Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan To ensure that title search services are performed in a timely manner for various infrastructure projects, the subject requirement contracts will be available for use on an as-needed basis. When the need arises for such services for a specific project, the Commissioner will issue a Task Order. Selection of a firm for a specific project shall be in accordance with the process described below and in the attached Contract. Although the Contracts are for specific boroughs, the Commissioner reserves the right to assign projects in any of the five boroughs.
