The selected contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, and services to perform the following: Replace existing cast iron boilers with two new Lochinvar 800 condensing boilers, including associated piping, pumps, insulation, glycol system refill, controls connection, and startup/testing. Replace existing Trane 70 Ton chiller with a new Trane package chiller, including disconnection, removal, installation, power wiring, piping, insulation, glycol refill, controls connection, and startup/testing. Install Quest commercial dehumidifiers in designated classrooms (classrooms 1-10) including wall brackets, ductwork, supply and return grills, power wiring, humidistat, and testing. All work must comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.
