To perform a thorough HRSG backend tube cleaning of NYPA 500MW 2 NEM HRSG’s and provide vacuuming services of debris when tube cleaning is completed. The backend tube bundles, or harps will include the economizer and evaporator tubes. The specific location will be shown in section 8, Cleaning to be Performed. Inspections will be completed during the cleaning such as borescope inspections deep in the tube bundles to evaluate the effectiveness of the cleaning. The contractor shall provide report with before/after photos and documentation of how much material was removed from the unit. All removed material shall be containerized in a manner that will facilitate offsite disposal and is appropriate for the characteristic and quantity of material removed. The debris sample shall be collected by the contractor to submit to NYPA for future material analysis.
