The awarded firm will provide a draftset of Bid Documents for the Town to review and comment. Upon completion of the review process, the awarded firm shall provide one (1) electronic copy in PDF format of the final Bid Document Set to the Town of Brighton. The Town will provide standard front-end specifications and the applicable Prevailing Wage Rate Table for inclusion in the bid package. The selected firm will provide construction inspection services. As these monuments have historical significance, the firm should be well versed in historic preservation and the construction materials and methods necessary for the proper long-term maintenance of the features.
