The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Fort Dix NJ is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Gerry USARC 4455 Lavant Road Gerry NY 14740. This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, lot clearing) at the Shoreham location.
This sources sought is for planning purposes only. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. The Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this sources sought, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
