The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the creation of science fiction prototypes, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Science Fiction prototyping (SFP) is the idea of using science fiction stories, movies, animations and graphic novels/comics to describe and explore the implications of futuristic technologies and the social structures enabled by them. Part of the SFP process gathers together practitioners to use a 5-step design process to develop outlines for the science fiction scenarios. These scenarios, or outlines, are then used to generate shareable deliverables (e.g. stories, comics, movies, etc.).
