Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering and landscape architectural services for the Glenwood Lake Dam Improvements project (i.e. the Project). The Project generally entails the design of dam safety improvements for compliance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Dam Safety Program, and additional improvements related to water quality, ecology and landscaping around the dam. The main purpose of this Project is to bring Glenwood Lake Dam back into compliance with the NYSDEC and to improve the overall environmental quality of the dam site. It is the City’s goal to start and complete the construction of this project in year 2025.
