Quarterly Maintenance and Repair Services: i. Visually inspect the site and equipment (vibration isolators, duct work, weatherproof enclosures, worn and/or rubbing parts and components) and grease all fittings. ii. Gas Engine – Inspect and adjust ignition system, check timing, points, condenser, and plugs. iii. Diesel Engine – Inspect injection system and pump. iv. Inspect fuel system including day tank (if applicable), fuel lines, and fittings for tightness and any fuel leaks. v. Inspect, clean and/or replace as needed dry type air cleaner element (parts and labor additional charges). vi. Checks block heater operation. vii. Inspect cooling system for pressure leaks, verify antifreeze protection to strength of 50% antifreeze and 50% water (or as recommended by the manufacturer). Test coolant for proper antifreeze mixture and the supplemental coolant additives needed to maintain a properly balanced cooling system to prevent corrosion, scaling and premature seal failures (inclusive of all hoses, hose clamps, belts and jacket water heater connections)...
