Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The vendor shall make available to the County services specified herein as deemed necessary. Thevendor must provide prompt and ready access to refueling station(s). In the event of equipmentfailure or gasoline shortage at the vendor's primary location the successful bidder must provide analternate location for refueling under the same terms and conditions.B. The vendor shall provide, at no additional cost to the County, gas card or key type systemassigned to each vehicle. The operator will be required to enter a four digit PIN and odometerreading in order for fuel to be pumped and/or purchases to be made.C. The vendor must have the ability to restrict the type of fuel purchased at the request of the County.For example: if the County requests that one or more of the accounts have access to RegularUnleaded Fuel only the vendor shall have the capability of placing such restrictions either by cardor PIN number.D. The vendor shall supply a receipt upon fueling containing, at a minimum, the followinginformation:1. Vehicle plate number and/or description2. Date of purchase3. Name of operator4. Location of purchase5. Product(s) purchased6. Gallons purchased7. Price per gallon8. Total dollar amount of purchase
