Purchase of Furniture which includes the following I. Cubicles procurementPurchase Description: The contractor shall furnish, deliver, and install twelve (12) modular office cubicles at LRC Buchanan. Cubicles must meet the Technical Specification and compliance requirements outlined belowII. Office Workstations:In addition to modular cubicles, the contractor shall furnish and deliver nine (9) office workstations for use in private offices within the same facility. These workstations are intended for individual use in enclosed rooms and must support administrative tasks, client interaction, and secure storage.III. Ergonomic Office Chair RequirementThe contractor shall furnish and deliver twenty-one (21) ergonomic office chairs for use in both modular cubicles and enclosed office workstations within the designated facility. Chairs must support daily administrative tasks and provide adjustable comfort for a range of users.IV. Lounge Seating SetThe contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) lounge seating set consisting of One (1) full-size sofa, one (1) small coffee table and Two (2) cushioned lounge chairs. This set will be placed in a designated reception area within the facility.
