The selected bidder(s) will work closely with the project team to outline key messages and content structure. Should be able to draft, revise, and finalize written content (estimated 25 to 40 pages). Selected bidder(s) should be able to translate technical content into clear, concise language for a broad audience, including policymakers, academia, and the public. Also, the selected bidder(s) must be able to develop visual themes, style guides, and branded templates. Create layout design, graphics, charts, and infographics. Selected bidder(s) must also have the capacity to prepare a polished, print-ready, and digital-friendly version of the final plan. Selected bidder should be ready to provide the following: • Draft versions of the Strategic Plan (text and layout). • A final written content. • A fully designed and formatted final Strategic Plan. • Editable source files for all graphics and layout. • A short presentation deck (PowerPoint or Keynote) summarizing the strategic plan.
