The selected Respondent will provide specialized transportation to children and families referred by Monroe County Department of Human Services (DHS), Child and Family Services staff for preventive, child protective, adoption, foster care and preventive day care services. This transportation provides access for children from birth to age 21, and allows them to attend supervised, unsupervised, and monitored parental visits, in the community and at the visitation center. Many of these visits are court ordered and require accurate record keeping necessary to monitor attendance and compliance. Destinations for the transports range from home settings to institutional settings, with many visits occurring at the Monroe County Pediatrics and Visitation Center located at 451 East Henrietta Road. It is estimated there will be 48,000 trips annually
