As part of this phase, the City expects to be presented with a formal engineering analysis and discrete drainage improvement options along with estimated construction cost. A minimum of two drainage improvement options shall be considered and presented. Consultants shall include all necessary due diligence in their scope of work as required to analyze the flooding conditions at F.H.#4 basement. Mapping of City-owned drainage infrastructure (i.e. catch basins, manholes and outfalls) can be made available for this Project. Deliverables: Summary of conceptual improvement options, recommendations for utility relocation for flood protection, design solutions to prevent water from entering the basement and repair existing damages, along with plan(s), cost estimates and anticipated drainage improvement option identified.
