Specifications include, but are not limited to: Monroe County is seeking an integrated suite of enterprise solutions that will meet its core requirements across all functional areas out of the box, with minimal modifications. The County’s goal is to optimize system utilization for all users by decreasing manual efforts, eliminating excessive or unnecessary data manipulation, expanding system capabilities, and increasing integration between processes and systems. Furthermore, the County intends to minimize its use of paper without negatively impacting its performance or level of service. Through a Financial and Human Resource Management Planning (ERP) system, the County seeks to achieve substantial gains in productivity, efficiency, accuracy, mobility, and capacity to make data-driven decisions through the implementation of the integrated suite of enterprise solutions.
