ConnectALL is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply fiber and associated equipment, as well as comprehensive storage, handling, and logistics services. This procurement covers the supply and delivery of approximately 588 linear miles of 864-count and 43 linear miles of 1728- count single-mode fiber, with total fiber mileage anticipated to be no less than 631 linear miles to accommodate routing needs, site connections, access points, and other network infrastructure. Final quantities are subject to adjustment based on conduit proofing and inspection activities. The selected vendor will supply the specified fiber and associated equipment in accordance with specifications defined in this RFP, provide all required documentation and certifications, and manage services related to receiving, secure warehousing, inventory and quality control, and phased delivery to worksites in coordination with ConnectALL and its installation contractor(s). The fiber cable and associated equipment will be scheduled in phases, with quantities released section by section as deployment progresses along the Thruway, subject to approval by NYSTA.
