• Assess system technical feasibility including site and structural capacity, solar configuration, interconnection, and potential integration with EV charging and storage. • Analyze potential ownership and financing models for the proposed solar installation (e.g., Cityowned, third-party financed, public-private partnership) • Provide cashflow modeling under different scenarios, including lifecycle O&M and monitoring. • Deliver recommendations on preferred business model(s) to maximize financial, environmental, and operational benefits to the City. • Identify, quantify, and confirm application timeline and requirements for available federal, state, and utility incentives (e.g., IRA Direct Pay, NYSERDA NY-Sun, potential community solar revenues). • Provide specifications and next steps for the chosen approach.
