All project tasks are expected to be completed no later than December 31, 2025, in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Farmers’ Market Resiliency Grant Program. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to meet this timeline. Consulting services for this project will support: 1. Engineering & Site Planning: o Conduct a detailed site analysis based on the 2023 conceptual plan. o Develop full engineered drawings and construction-ready documents. o Prepare updated and itemized construction cost estimates. o Ensure compliance with local, state, and environmental regulations. 2. Community Engagement & Organizational Development: o Support the formation of a “Friends of the Geneva Farmers Market” nonprofit. o Develop branding, mission, goals, and an operational nonprofit framework. o Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder and public input sessions. o Recruit and identify prospective board members o Provide a community engagement report summarizing outreach activities, key themes, and recommendations. o Prepare the organization to be submission-ready for nonprofit status, including assembling required materials, governance documents, and internal structure. 3. Compliance & Procurement: o Follow MWBE and SDVOB procurement guidelines. o Provide assistance to City staff in documentation for grant compliance.
