Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purpose of the Solicitation The New York City Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration (DSS/HRA) is seeking one (1) appropriately qualified vendor to operate one (1) transitional shelter program in a City-owned building to provide transitional shelters and support services to domestic violence survivors and their families so they can become stable and safely move into permanent housing. Proposed Term of the Contract(s) It is anticipated that the terms of the contract(s) awarded from this RFP will be for five (5) years with one (1) four (4) year renewal option. Procurement Timeline HRA anticipates that the RFP will be released December 2022. A pre-proposal conference will be held shortly after the release of the RFP. DSS/HRA anticipates that the contract(s) will be selected by Winter 2022. Use of PASSPort PASSPort is a web-based system maintained by the City of New York to manage procurement.
