FY26 Case Management Task Order

The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a vendor to conduct a 1-year evaluation of case management practices across the agency. The vendor would be expected to collaborate with DYCD staff to plan and execute evaluation projects addressing the following aims: 1) assess the implementation of the existing DYCD Case Management Toolkit, 2) assess the usage of DYCD’s Participant Tracking System for case management purposes, 3) examine variation between and within DYCD program areas, and 4) gather input from program providers about the case management tools provided by DYCD or other tools and frameworks they may be using. Insights from this evaluation will be used to evaluate current case management models and inform case management design and implementation moving forward.  {PO202600203}
