Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE PUPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO COVER FUEL OIL AND REPAIRS NEEDED DURING THE PERIOD PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS FOR THOSE BUILDINGS WHICH ARE PRIVATELY OWNED, AND WHOSE LANDLORDS FAIL TO PROVIDE HEAT AND REPAIRS. THIS CONTRACT IS USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT, DIVISION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT-ERP. The contractor will be expected to provide and install replacement parts/controls for steam and hot boilers, for a variety of Boiler types including, but not limited to McDonald Mills Control or comparable: a. 51-2 water feeder b. 47-2 boiler water feeder c. 67 low water cut off d. 101 automatic feeder e. 801 back-up low water cut-off (probe)-Honeywell Controls or comparable f. L4079B Manual Pressuretrol g. P404A Operating Pressuretrol h. L4006 Aquastat i. Gauge Glass Assemby j. Dual Aquastat k. Aquastat Relay l. Circulators (Bell & Gosset) m. Blower Motor n. Back flow preventor
