Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New York State Department of Economic Development (NYSDED) also referred to as the Department, the State or Empire State Development (ESD), is seeking the services of one or more qualified freelance graphic artists to provide graphic design services. Said services shall be provided primarily for the Department s I LOVE NEW YORK (ILNY) tourism programs promotion to consumers and industry partners. We seek a vendor to work closely with in-house staff to continue ILNY s marketing and communications plan to improve ILNY s brand recognition and develop broad based information materials across all media platforms. Many elements of the current marketing and communication activities may remain in place and the vendor will be expected to work to continue and improve these elements as well as recommend modifications or new products as needed. The selected vendor may work with other ESD contractors. For example, note that this solicitation does not seek services for printing, media purchases, public relations, translations or other peripheral vendor services. These services will be sought through separate solicitations as needed however, the successful bidder would be responsible for the preparation of materials and coordination of their services to meet established deadlines.
