Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bid is divided into three independent parts that include: 1) Annual Inspection, Recharge, and Repair of Extinguishers, 2) Inspection and Repair of Kitchen Hood Systems, and 3) Purchase of New Fire Extinguishers. Prices quoted shall remain in effect until June 30, 2007. Bidders who cannot make this guarantee must state so explicitly on the response form. The successful bidder will: 1. Visit each location during summer break, and make the annual inspection, service, and dating of extinguishers and hood systems (see attached location list). Kitchen hood systems will be re-inspected during the Christmas break. [Each location has a map of all extinguishers located in the building. The contractor will go to each extinguisher during the inspection.] 2. Report to the School Building Mechanic upon completion, giving him a copy of the work ticket describing all work performed.
