Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking proposals through this RFP to replace the current financial system, Nassau Integrated Financial System (NIFS), which is at its end of life after more than two decades. The software is no longer meeting the needs of the County. Through a collaborative and comprehensive Needs Assessment review, the County determined that the appropriate course of action is to acquire a system from a qualified Proposer. The County is soliciting proposals from qualified Proposers authorized to do business in the State of New York to provide ERP software and implementation services whose product offering meets or exceeds current County requirements defined in the RFP and whose complete product offering provides a robust solution set that will allow the County to continue to leverage this investment well into the future as the needs of the County grow and evolve.
