A. EPG-Funded Collection System Study (Initial Scope) The selected firm shall complete all work necessary to deliver an Engineering Report that meets EFC/DEC requirements, including: 1. Project Coordination • Meetings with City staff, EFC representatives, and regulatory agencies. • Project management and reporting for EPG reimbursement. • Data Review & System Evaluation • Review available mapping, GIS data, record drawings, and prior studies. • Develop an evaluation approach consistent with the grant application. 2. Field Investigations • CCTV inspection program and documentation. • Manhole inspections. • Other I/I investigation techniques as appropriate. 3. Analysis • Identification of infiltration, inflow, defects, and structural deficiencies. 4. Capital Improvement Recommendations • Prioritized alternatives with conceptual-level cost estimates. • Identification of potential CWSRF, WIIA, or other NYS/Federal funding pathways. 5. Engineering Report Preparation • Draft and final Engineering Report aligned with the EFC/DEC Engineering Report Outline. • Incorporation of City and EFC comments. • Final deliverables suitable for submission to EFC.
