The selected Consultant shall be tasked with preparing preliminary and final design documents, as well as bid phase and construction phase services including construction administration and construction inspections. The scope of preliminary and final designs will include but not be limited to: • Grant Administration services and Coordination among the Town and funding agencies • Existing documentation review • Easements Coordination with Property Owners within the project area; both temporary construction easements and permanent utility easements will be required. • Thorough site inspection of the sewer mains and detailed interviews with Village staff • Updated engineering report and updated 2025 project costs • Final plans and review with Town and Village staff • Coordination with funding agencies, NYSDEC and other regulatory agencies on project document review and approval • Biddable project plans and specifications • Engineering services during the bidding phase and contract negotiations phase • Construction Administration and Construction Inspection services • Project Closeout services • Other tasks as requested by the Town.
