Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Turnkey Delivery of a Utility-Scale Solar Photovoltaic Facility on approximately eight (8) acres of land in the Town of Ellicott, New York. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering, construction, interconnection, permitting, testing, commissioning, and project documentation required to deliver a fully operational solar PV facility interconnected to the JBPU electric system. The Contractor shall provide a detailed project schedule identifying all major tasks including: • Engineering and design • Permitting and interconnection milestones • Procurement and delivery of major components • Site civil work • Racking and module installation • Electrical/mechanical installation • Commissioning, testing, and JBPU witness events • Substantial completion • Final completion; If interconnection work, utility outages, or JBPU switching operations are required, the BPU reserves the right to modify the schedule to support safe coordination with operations staff. Note, project must be stated/completed in alignment with ITC requirements to enable JBPU to directly claim ITC rebates.
