Services include but are not limited to: • Prior to work, diver is to submit a complete HASP (Health and Safety Plan) and dive plan. Dive plan should include plan for emergency rescue and nearby medical services. • Investigate and remove debris and obstructions (trees, tires, excess sediment, and miscellaneous debris) from canal structures and the navigation channel • Assist with setting needle coffer dams at locks for winter maintenance • Assist Canal forces with installation or repair of submerged infrastructure such as valves, trash racks, sluice gates, or movable dam chains • Construction Support • Inspection • Diving support for installation of bulkheads, repair of gates & aprons on dams • Hot water diving systems for longer, safer bottom times in deeper or colder water • Repair intakes and outfalls • Air lifting, water jetting and pumping sand, mud & gravel • Installation of rigid and flexible forms to place concrete • Underwater cutting & welding • Underwater drilling in concrete, rock, steel & wood • General underwater investigation with video capabilities to be delivered to NYSCC
