This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought.
1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information for ALL socio-economic categories to include LARGE Business to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of performing the services by certified & licensed elevator professionals. The details are shown in the attached Performance Work Statement. The locations are listed below. This is a single requirement, but the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance
2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATIONS: Elevator Preventative Maintenance Services
Region A1: New Windsor, Saugerties, Schenectady, NY
Region B5: Cranberry Twp., Coraopolis (2 locations), Johnstown, PA (2 locations)
Region B6: Ashley, Scranton, Danville, Easton, PA

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted. Capabilities statement must include: Company Name; Point of contact name, phone number & email address; DUNS Number; CAGE Code; Business Size.
